Trattoria is Italian for "restaurant", ora is Italian for "now", and haracuce means "full stomach" in the local Niigata dialect. So it means "Full Stomach Restaurant".We based the name on the idea of filling our customers up, body and soul, without pretense, with the flavors of Niigata in a casual setting.Our restaurant's three pillars are: 1. Time in the Forest, 2. Forest Air, 3. Forest Flavors.We want our customers to come to this forest, away from their daily troubles, to try something unique, yet delicious. That is the kind of restaurant we are.

I had salads and appetizers more delicious than I expected and replaced them. Pizza of quite a volume is left to eat and we take it home and take care of it. The crowd feeling which will be seated 3 or 4 times is not settled down, but the atmosphere of the shop and delicious Italian is very satisfying. (There is no Tabasco.)

An Italian restaurant that you can enjoy with a light feel. You can enjoy solid dishes despite the low price. Due to various reasons, the salad bar is currently closed, but the salad served is a generous amount.
